It&#8217;s been a year since we were told to &#8220;stay home&#8221; and I&#8217;m sure everyone is enjoying their meals at home through trial and error. I&#8217;m one of them, and although I&#8217;ve always enjoyed cooking, my repertoire has increased dramatically in the past year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m sure many of you have had the experience of having an &#8220;izakaya&#8221; at home, where the main dish is decided right away, but the side dishes and other dishes are hard to decide on, and even if you put in too much effort, you get tired before eating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, I&#8217;d like to introduce you to a recipe that can be prepared in 5 minutes and will make your dining table more colorful. It is very tasty on its own or on bread, and its crisp taste makes it an ideal resting place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The best accompaniment is wine, but since it does not have a strong flavor, it goes with basically anything.
